我不知道有什么 API 是所有移动平台通用的。事实上，您看到的大多数在移动设备上执行此类操作的应用程序实际上都会记录语音，将其发送到服务器，在那里进行处理并将文本发送回移动设备。

I don't know of any API which is common to all the mobile platforms. In fact most of the apps you see which do such stuff on mobile, actually record the speech, send it to server, process it there and send the text back to mobile device..
However, the best open source speech to text source i would suggest is CMU's Sphinx project...
Brian King has already ported it to iPhone in his Vocal Kit. Check if its helpful..
