.Net 框架有多个版本。 Ghostdoc 可能需要比 Visual Studio 提供的特定版本的 .Net 框架。
你的问题被标记为 VS 2010，所以我假设这是安装的版本。如果是这样，则仅保证计算机上安装了 4.0 .Net Framework。鉴于 4.0 非常新，ghostdoc 可能依赖于 2.0，因此会因未安装 2.0 而引发错误。

There are multiple versions of the .Net framework. It's possible that ghostdoc is requiring a particular version of the .Net framework than is being provided by Visual Studio.
Your question is tagged with VS 2010 so I assume that's the version installed. If so then it only guarantees that the 4.0 .Net Framework is installed on the machine. Given that 4.0 is very new it's possible ghostdoc depends on the 2.0 and hence raises an error since 2.0 is not installed.
I would consult the ghostdoc manual and see which particular version it requires.

The current version of GhostDoc should work fine in 2010.
If not, consider upgrading to my addin, AtomineerUtils, instead :-)
Note that add-ins are not supported by Express editions of Visual Studio, so if you are using an Express 2010, you won't have any luck with either of the above products.
