Everything is cool, but if the user tries to scroll before localScroll or easing are done doing their thing, it starts flickering and consistently tries to finish the animation.

我无法弄清楚这一点，但我确实删除了缓动插件/调用，只是设置了一个持续时间，它似乎运行得更流畅。所以……虽然不完美，但至少有点作用。
I couldn't figure this out, but I did remove the easing plugin/call and just set a duration and it seemed to run a lot more smoothly. So... not perfect, but at least it works somewhat.
