如果您的意思是 .rdf 文件行中的某些内容具有 MIME 类型 application/rdf+xml 那么到目前为止 SKOS 只是一种可能的词汇，如果您的意思是文档页面中的脚本可以是 js 或 vbscript 等，那么就有 RDFa 词汇属性允许语义元内容相应地受益。
If you mean something on the lines of .rdf file has MIME type application/rdf+xml then as yet SKOS is just one possible vocab and if you mean like scripts within document pages can be either js or vbscript, etc. then there's RDFa vocab attribute allowing semantic meta-content to benefit accordingly.

If you refer to the file types code then yes. It is mentioned in an authority table of Metadata Registry of EU Publication Office.
Check the filetypes table there is SKOS_XML code.
