A client is saying that this page is displaying the sifr titles twice. Anybody had this? It doesn't happen all the time which is even more peculiar.

我不确定这是否重要，因为您没有理由在该页面（或任何其他页面）上使用 sIFR，因为：
Georgia、Helvetica（以及类似的 Arial）和 & Verdana 都是非常常用的安装字体。
乔治亚州、Arial 和Verdana 也是微软核心字体的一部分，可以自由分发。
sIFR 现已完全被原生浏览器对动态网页字体的支持所弃用 .*
I'm not sure it matters, as there's no reason for you to be using sIFR on that page (or any other), because:
Georgia, Helvetica (and the similar Arial), & Verdana are all very commonly installed fonts.
Georgia, Arial, & Verdana are also part of Microsoft's core fonts, which can be freely distributed.
sIFR is now completely deprecated by native browser support of dynamic web fonts.*
