原始标准的带注释版本已于多年前发布。 （我有一本，并且我同意实体书是一种更好的体验。）我认为任何后续版本都没有以纸质形式出版，尽管我的看法可能是错误的。
An annotated version of the original standard was published years ago. (I have a copy, and I agree a physical book is a much better experience.) I do not think any of the later versions have been published on paper, though I could be wrong about that.
