似乎 Windows 上对 Ruby 1.9.1 的支持仍然不够完善，因为许多包含本机扩展的库不是为 Ruby 1.9.1 构建的。

尝试在 Windows 上使用 Ruby 1.8.7，因为它已经存在很长时间并且稳定。
