系统.IO.FileLoadException
尝试从单独的项目绑定本地化资源程序集时出现“System.IO.FileLoadException：无法加载文件或程序集”。
Fusion 日志显示：ERR：安装失败 小时 = 0x80070005。错误：失败 完成装配设置（hr = 0x80070005）。探测终止。
已经尝试解决这个问题 3 个小时了，但没有任何帮助。
Getting "System.IO.FileLoadException: Unable to load file or assembly" when trying to bind localized resources assembly from the separate project.
Fusion Log shows: ERR: Setup failed
with hr = 0x80070005. ERR: Failed to
complete setup of assembly (hr =
0x80070005). Probing terminated.
Trying to solve this for 3 hours already, nothing helps.

I've just found out that there was lack of privileges for impersonated user. Sorry for that question, but maybe it could help somebody else.

如何检查文件依赖性。使用 Dependency walker 并将所有丢失的文件复制到 System32 中仍然无法解决此问题。

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)"
How do I check the file dependency. Used Dependency walker and copied all the files missing into System32 still not able to resolve this issue.
