手机在 WiFi 接口上有 MAC 地址，但蜂窝接口有一个称为 IMEI 的东西，它执行大致相同的功能。
Phones have MAC addresses on WiFi interfaces, but the cellular interface has something called an IMEI, that performs roughly the same function.
值得注意的是，IMEI 与物理设备/手机相关联，而 IMSI 与 SIM 卡相关联，因此与客户帐户相关联。不确定您将如何从手机上运行的应用程序中获取其中任何一个，假设这就是您正在做的事情。
It's worth noting that the IMEI is linked to the physical device/phone, as opposed to the IMSI which is linked to the SIM card and therefore the customer account. Not sure how you'd go about getting hold of either from within an app running on the phone, assuming that's what you're doing.
