好的，修好了。 FxCop 程序集是 32 位，我的项目是 64 位。 将构建更改为 x86，问题已解决。
Ok, fixed it. FxCop assemblies are 32bit, my project was 64bit. Changed the build to x86 and the problem is fixed.
