这是由 ZendMonitor.so 引起的，可以在 zend.ini 中配置

; Maximum Apache processes to trigger event

zend_monitor.max_apache_processes=100

; Maximum Apache processes to trigger severe event

zend_monitor.max_apache_processes.severe=150

我不知道为什么日志没有时间戳，并且没有记录...

This is caused by ZendMonitor.so and can be configured in zend.ini

I don't know why the logs aren't timestamped and this isn't documented...
