How do go to http page containing the post.

Message-Id 与网页或 URL 没有任何关系。 它们是作为每个帖子的唯一标识符生成的。

Message-Ids don't have anything to do with web pages or URLs. They are generated as a unique identifier for each post.
You can search for them with Google, of course, Google's Groups Search gives results.
