springboot中flyway的使用

Question

用maven构建的springboot项目，添加了flyway，之后运行mvn flyway:info为什么失败呢？我在pom.xml中配置了

   <groupId>org.flywaydb</groupId>
   <artifactId>flyway-core</artifactId>
</dependency>

<plugin>
   <groupId>org.flywaydb</groupId>
   <artifactId>flyway-maven-plugin</artifactId>

      <url>jdbc:mysql://localhost/test?useSSL=false&amp;useUnicode=true&amp;characterEncoding=utf-8</url>
   </configuration>

dependcy中加版本，url没加端口
