genymotion 报出virtualization not found错误

Question

本人是一个刚开始学Android的小白。。。。。。以前安装的是win8.1的系统，Genymotion一直都可以用然后这几天换了个win10（100240）之后发现Genymotion开始报错，怎么都用不了查了很多资料说用户名中文，找到found setting，先安装VirtualBox再安装Genymotion都不能，一直提示让我装vbox，但是我的vbox正常使用，并且cpu的虚拟化是开启的状态。。。。。求救。。。。。
