最近遇到的一个maven的问题，百度无果。。

在命令行里运行下面命令出问题了。。求应该如何解决。。。

有没有在执行这个命令前执行用mvn complile编译呢

我试了一下，出现了[ERROR] Unknown lifecycle phase "complile".这个是怎么回事？是我安装的maven缺少什么么？
