If you are going to learn one of them, I will not stop you. But no one will win with PHP for now. Try google "PHP sucks or similar", there are tons of people complain bitterly about PHP language. The real problem, is no framework can save PHP, but itself. Thinking about what you will do carefully, will you develop a web app with complex business logic? Or just an web app with moderate complexity business logic? If it's the latter, then try PHP, otherwise, STAY AWAY. No haters.
