aix6.1配置磁带设备报错

在vtl上已经看到光纤卡的wwn。
aix已经安装了atape

cfgmgr报下面的错误：
Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgstorfworkcom -l sfwcomm3 ):
        0514-040 Error initializing a device into the kernel.

Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgefscsi -l fscsi3 ):
        0514-061 Cannot find a child device.

Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgstorfworkcom -l sfwcomm3 ):
        0514-040 Error initializing a device into the kernel.

更新：
在交换机上将端口速度从4gb改成2gb后，报错：

0514-061 Cannot find a child device.

aix有机会重启看看呢
感觉aix在识别磁带机方面没solaris好

还有，NBU上面有类似networker的inquire的命令么？

Try this:

odmget CuDv | more

--> Search for sfwcomm0 (Assuming you already HAVE a sfwcomm0 entry in the odm) and write down the value "connwhere".
--> Search connwhere if there are any other devices with the same connwhere value somewhere in the CuDv.
--> If so,  perform to run # rmdev -dl sfwcomm0 and run cfgmgr afterwards.

I had same problem on AIX 7.1 and saw a duplicate connwhere value "1" is assigned to different device. The issue was solved after to run above steps.

        connwhere = "1"

A typo. sfwcomm0 should be sfwcomm3 in your case
