中文语境下的滑动窗口协议，是否包括停等协议？

维基百科 滑动窗口词条 里说停等协议是最简单的滑动窗口协议，如下：

但是现在好像大家都把停等协议和滑动窗口协议区别开来说？所以想问下中文语境下的滑动窗口协议是不是不包括停等协议？
