为什么我的yarn用不了了？

yarn create umi 的时候发现yarn总是失败。。

然后用一个别的项目把依赖删了再装试一下，结果还是不行。。

原来的源和淘宝源都不行。
请问这是什么原因？是yarn的问题还是我家网的问题？（顺便我用手机开热点试了一下，也不行）
