@FeignClient http调用结果如何在其注解的类内部处理？

譬如像上面的代码中，调用http接口后返回值有点复杂，我想在IOrderService类里面对响应就做处理，然后返回简单的值给外部调用，而不是把结果让外部调用去解析。有什么办法？
