Description

The right candidate is a highly motivated individual who is able to work in self-motivated teams that can take a product from conception through delivery. You will do research, design and develop software systems to meet customers’ requirements. Responsibilities
1. Fully understand the requirements from customers and product managers
2. Maintain existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
3. Actively participate in product design and discussions
4. Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
5. Design and implement complex multi-media programs
6. Create innovative solutions for complex multi-media applications
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
2. 3+ years experience using C/C++
3. C, C++ programming is a must
4. Streaming Media server side development experience is a must
5. knowledge of ASF/FLV/MPEG TS/Silverlight/HTML5 format is a strong plus
6. knowledge of RTP/RTCP/RTSP/RTMP is a strong plus
7. Familiar with various Audio/Video codec, such as H.263, H.264, G.7series
8. Good at debugging complex issues
9. In-depth knowledge on Object Oriented design methodology
10. Self-motivated and team player
11. Willing to take ownership and make commitment
12. Good English skills, both in written and oral
13. Good communication and interpersonal skills
