阿里云lamp环境下的mysql配置文件my.cnf中没有bind-address

已经在网上看了好多帖子，但是我的my.cnf并没有包含其他的配置文件，下面配置文件中的全部代码

我的my.cnf是在/etc目录下，该目录下还有个my.cnf.d目录，该文件夹下有三个文件client.cnf，mysql-client.cnf以及server.cnf，但都没什么具体内容。哪位大神知道这是怎么回事吗？
