composer update 包名如何指定版本

修改json文件也可以
我想知道是不是 update 包名不能指定版本呢
手册上没看到

参数里面就提到使用foo/bar:1.0.0 or foo/bar=1.0.0 or "foo/bar 1.0.0" 三种方法来增加一个版本约束
