请问RecyclerView被AppBarLayout/Toolbar挡住了怎么解决

请问一下这种情况是什么原因，谢谢！

应该是从0开始的，但是前3个挡住了

CoordinatorLayout的本质是FrameLayout，肯定会发生遮挡的，要不给rv加个margin top
