CocoaPods 1.0.1版本增加的新写法？

#下面这两句话是什么意思？ 以前的CocoaPods并没有这两句话

印象中 CocoaPods 早就推荐这样子写了，感觉也没什么好研究的，反正这样子就能很好的区分 target 了，比如项目名称叫 Zootopia 就这样子写
