HP DP Windows2008推送客户端软件问题求助!

现在我的环境是这样的
1.备份管理软件安装在Windows2003上(包括Windows的Installation Server)
2.客户端操作系统为Windows 2008 Server
3.HP dp 6.0 (已经安装最新的Core、Cell等补丁,按文档说明是支持Windows200
问题:
我在添加一个Client,总是不成功,报错信息如下
he Data Protector bootstrap service was successfully installed on the remote client
but it could not be started. The Windows NT system error should tell more about
the problem.
Most probable cause for this is that the Installation Server is not available
or that the OmniBack share on the Installation Server is not accessible or it does not exist.
Also make sure that the installservice.exe file exists on that share.
* Make sure that the Installation Server is available and visible on the network.
* If the OmniBack share on the Installation Server does not exist, reinstall the Installation Server.
* If installservice.exe is not at the proper location on the Installation Server, reinstall the Installation Server.
To check that the OmniBack share on the Installation Server exists, and that the appropriate executable
can be accessed, go to the client system you want to install and run:
dir \<IS_computer>OmniBacki386installservice.exe
from the MS-DOS prompt.
提示的条件均满足,但始终无法添加客户端成功,请教各位大侠,问题出在何处!谢谢!
我升级到DP 6.11,报错信息也一样。
因软件没有续保,所以HP无法给予支持,看样子来年要续保了!

偶就知道nbu、legato、CV、tsm的说
DP 是HP的啊,好像DP没有OEM的吧!
DP是HP的备份软件吗?是OEM的吗
这个服务是启动的,按官方的文档2008也没多复杂,我用的2008也是刚安装的。dp推送2003也很正常!是否和客户端的某些目录的权限有关系呢?
检查remote resgistr服务是不是开了?
