mac使用privoxy转换socks5代理失败

16/8/3 下午4:43:10.139 com.apple.xpc.launchd[1]: (homebrew.mxcl.privoxy) Service only ran for 1 seconds. Pushing respawn out by 9 seconds.

突然就变成这样了。然后查看privoxy的错误日志是这样的。

2016-08-03 16:45:30.058 00000010 Fatal error: can't bind to 127.0.0.1:8128: There may be another Privoxy or some other proxy running on port 8128

我的电脑环境是El Captain

试过了改plist文件。也kill过进程，更改过端口，但是依然没有效果。。搞了一天了，一直还都是这样。T T
