chdir(): No such file or directory [core/uwsgi.c ling 2490]

Question

nginx的配置已经完成，但是uwsgi的配置一直报错：

配置过程按照http://my.oschina.net/jk409/blog/366084

uwsgi.ini内容：

[uwsgi]  
    socket = 0.0.0.0:9000  
    pidfile = /usr/local/nginx/uwsgi.pid  
    processes = 8
    master = true  
    chdir = /home/flask/Program   #网站目录
    #module = run     #这个就是run.py
    callable = app    #这个就是run.py里的app，you know!
    pythonpath = /home/flask

报错如下：

WARNING:you are running uWSGI as root!!!(use the --uid flag) *** chdir(): No such file or directory [core/uwsgi.c ling 2490]

目录是对的，目前没有找到解决办法！
