由于base fileset不存在，所以该补丁也不需要安装。

装gcc的时候 抱着写错误 我把unwind.h，varargs.h考到
/usr/local/lib/gcc/ia64-hp-hpux11.31/4.2.3/install-tools/include下 还是不行

这个补丁是个产品补丁，也就是说Auxiliary-Opt.LANG-AUX,fr=C.06.15,v=HP这个产品安装后，才能打这个补丁。
