编译YouCompleteMe时，遇到fatal error: 'pyconfig.h' file not found

MacVim是用Homebrew下载编译的，版本是7.4，有Vundle下载YouCompleteMe，执行./install.sh时遇到fatal error: 'pyconfig.h' file not found 详细报错如下：
