as400下domino服务启动3分钟后自动挂掉

domino服务启动3分钟就挂了。从哪个地方可以看到应为什么原因挂的啊，我在domino console哪个地方没有看到，
我是初学者，麻烦大家给出详细的命令帮我看看，抓到的错误日志如下
