nbu安装时报错，并且不能初始化扫描带库

一开始忘了加drivers的序列号了，最后在console的help里添加了，重启机器还是不行

会不会是pbx挂了？

1. Stop all NetBackup daemons:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/netbackup stop

2. Stop PBX if started, then start PBX:
/opt/VRTSpbx/bin/vxpbx_exchanged stop
/opt/VRTSpbx/bin/vxpbx_exchanged start

3. Start all NetBackup daemons:
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/goodies/netbackup start

4. Check the Syslog and Admin messages for any errors or indications of why the PBX service has stopped.  If the problem persists, address the errors seen
