请教hp5470的LED灯Attn的flashing问题

一台HP RP5470服务器,前面板的三个LED状态如下:
Run(Green)       Attn(Amber)     Fault(Red)
on                          flashing                off

ssh能正常登陆,但自己编译的内核模块安装不上,原来都正常的
        config -M test -u 2> /dev/null
Generating module: test...
Requesting loadable module update...
*** Error exit code 1

Stop.

这LED灯根据手册讲
State:
  There was a system interruption that did not take
the system down
Action:
  Check chassis error logs to determine probable
cause
  Check Sentinel logs for probable cause

Action的两个check logs怎么操作?在哪儿的?
