Job Title: Project Manager, Localization Testing

Job description: The project manager will manage the localization projects and be the interface with the client.  He/she will supervise the loc testing projects from end to end.  He/she will also need to take care of the followings.

-          Manage the localization testing team to fulfill the customer’s requirements

-          Assign and allocate the resources to the planned tasks

-          Report the status to the client on a weekly basis and respond to the client’s requests in a timely manner

-          Be responsible for the project P&L to make sure the projects are profitable and reach the expected margin

-          Coach and assist the team to raise the efficiency and ensure delivery quality

Requirements:

-          University graduated or above

-          At least two year team/projects managing experiences and at least a minimum of 5 years working experience

-          At least two year experience in Mobile phone testing or localization testing

-          Good command of both speaking and writing English

-          Can work under minimum supervision and pressure

-          Savvy about the localization and localization testing process
