Requirements as below:
- Familiar with Rational products(ClearCase, ClearQuest)
- Knowledge with RUP, OOAD is a plus
- Knowledge with QM(RFT, RPT) is a plus
- Good communication skills and customer facing skills
- Better have 3+ years of working experience
