NBU 6.0 Error received from media manager layer

今天备份突然出现如下错误，请各位帮忙啊。

ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
   VxBSACreateObject: Failed with error:
   Server Status:  Communication with the server has not been iniatated or the server status has not been
retrieved from the server.

现在的状况是只能使用一盘磁带（A00085），放入其他磁带均不能正常备份，机械臂是没有问题的。无论放入新磁带还是旧磁带都会去寻找
A00085这盘磁带，不知何故 啊！

删除出现cann't delete assigned volume A00085(92),请问如何解决呢？
