新建帐号登陆不上怎么设置

在windows 2003操作系统里面建立了一个用户帐号.但是用这个帐号去登陆的时候登陆不上.弹出一个窗口,写着:
To log on to this remote computer,you must be granted the Allow log on through Terminal Services right,By default,members of the remote Desktop Users group have this right, If you are no a member of the remote Destop Users group or another group that has this right,or if the Remote Desktop User group does not have this right,you must granted this right manually.
应该怎么去设置啊?谢谢
