求助，关于tuxedo和DB2 连编程序的问题

Question

我用的是tuxedo9.1 for linux &DB2 8.2 for linux ，安装完后，TMS_UDB 已经编译成功，并顺利启动，用tuxedo的用户可以连接到 数据库，编写了sqc文件 并且也绑定了bnd文件，成功  。在编译c文件时，出现这样的提示 ，我想问问 编译环境要怎样配置， 望各位指点一下 ，
