求救为什么我的BSD不如Windows

为什么我用BSD系统架设web 服务器安装过Aache .Zeus fo BSD 效果都很差可能是我配置问题
在BSD下我架设 CS 服务器等于把我的服务器 CPU 内存全部吃掉用TOP查看 CPU 占 98 内存还有100多MB  用 systat -if 查看一天下来流量 20多GB 我郁闷死了不CS 普通 web访问 CPU 都占 10几多
才几个人我不知道什么问题我装的是 DZ论坛我想不应该是程序问题吧.没办法我换到 Windows下
用我的 Amd 939 3000+ 垃圾配置都比我的只强好多效果非常好用Windows 架设CS 服务器开两个CUP 才占10多内存 400MB多
  现在用我的至强换到Windows下一个CS 服务器就占 30多我郁闷
  现在都不赶用 Unix系统了
  想请那位高手帮我看下出在那里问题
