fc5要改httpd.conf哪里才能让mrtg目录可访问？

Question

安装fedora core 5，选上mrtg。安好后
root@mail www]# mkdir html/mrtg
[root@mail www]# indexmaker --output=/var/www/mrtg/index.html --title=服务器流量统计 /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg

用 http://192.168.0.1/mrtg/  访问

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /mrtg/ on this server.

再发上我的httpd.conf，是去掉了注释，便于大家看，并且这是fc5默认的，没作过任何修改，同样，上面发的mrtg.conf等也完全是默认的，没作过任何修改。我的selinux是关了的。

我改了下，改成了这样，终于可以访问了。对apache实在不熟：（
