gaim问题 suse enterprise 10

Question

一个小问题。我在电脑上装gaim,系统 suse enterprise 10。开始下载一个版本的装了后，运行msn,提示缺少ssl support. 提示内容是 "ssl support is needed for MSN. please install a supported ssl library. see http://gaim.sourceforge.net/faq-ssl.php for more information." 于是我到http://gaim.sourceforge.net/faq-ssl.php上看了看suse的部分。

SuSE (8.2, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2 & 9.3)

    Note: These RPMs use GnuTLS for SSL support, but GnuTLS is not shipped with SuSE. You can get RPMs of GnuTLS (and OpenCDK & libtasn1, which are required by GnuTLS) from the same site.

    Note2: SuSE >= 9.1 does include GnuTLS, and you should use the SuSE provided GnuTLS with the Gaim RPM from the above site.

到http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/ ... cat=Network%2Fgaim/ 这个连接下载了gaim-1.5.0-1.guru.suse93.i686.rpm， 并且删除了以前的版本，重新安装了，而且在yast里面还检查了，显示gaim已经安装上了，上面的description是

Gaim is a multi-protocol instant messaging (IM) client for Linux, BSD, MacOS X, and Windows. It is compatible with AIM and ICQ (Oscar protocol), MSN Messenger, Yahoo!, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, SILC, GroupWise Messenger, and Zephyr networks (SILC not included in this package).
Gaim users can log in to multiple accounts on multiple IM networks simultaneously. This means that you can be chatting with friends on AOL Instant Messenger, talking to a friend on Yahoo Messenger, and sitting in an IRC channel all at the same time.

This Gaim package includes SSL support built against GNUTLS.

最后一句说了这个包是包括了ssl support的。但是登录的时候还是出现相同的提示。说明一下，opencdk 和 gnutls 都装了，但libtasn1在yast的软件管理里没有搜索到。

请问会是哪方面的原因呢？谢谢。

我是又想做服务器配置又想当桌面用，因为是新手，所以用用桌面找找感觉，熟悉一下系统，装软件也是学习的过程啊，如果什么东西都集成好了我想我夜没有必要用suse了：）

那请你改用 open suse linux 可能会比较适合.

其實你應該是要把 LINUX 當 desktop 使用, 那我會建議你應該裝 suse linux enterprise desktop 10, 而不是 server 的版本. 該版本所需要的個人用桌面環境程式都已經納入了, 包含 XGL 支援也包含在裡面...
