Software Development Engineer

Question

One world famous software company need a Software Development Engineer.

Qualifications:

•Have at least 6 years of commercial software development experience using C/C++, Win32, COM or .NET, on Windows platform, in a major software corporation.
•Have at least 3 years of technical lead experiences, leading a team of software developers.
•A demonstrated ability to independently design and implement product features
•A willingness to learn new technologies and good interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of C#, .Net Frameworks and XML is a plus.
•Demonstrate excellent communication and problem solving skills and have a proven track record of self-driven achievement within organization.
•Fluency in English is required, fluency in Chinese preferred but not required.
•A BS or MS degree in Computer Science is preferred .
•prefer the one who has abroad working experience  (such as US, England, Canada), and experienced in Windows platform development, fluent in English communication.
