关于sendmail日志的几条信息的追踪与理解

复制代码开门见山。以上是我的sendmail日志部分截取。到网上找了很多资料。均不见很好的回答与解释。
本人不太懂这几句话的意思。请各位帮忙分析下。

环境：2台服务器：erxx  / sanxx。 sanxx可以通过erxx转发发送邮件。
①邮件服务器 erxx 。配置了转发与认证。sanxx也可以正常通过其发件。 IP:61.147.67.229           
erxx host文件：

2. 127.0.0.1               localhost.localdomain localhost
3. 61.147.67.229           erxx.sanxx.com
4. 61.147.67.230           sanxx.sanxx.com
5. ::1             localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6

复制代码hostname: erxx.sanxx.com

② 应用服务器 sanxx。通过erxx往外网发送邮件。  IP:61.147.67.230   

sanxx host 文件：

2. 127.0.0.1               localhost.localdomain localhost
3. ::1             localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
4. 61.147.67.229           erxx.sanxx.com
5. 61.147.67.230           sanxx.sanxx.com

复制代码hostname: sanxx.sanxx.com

症状：发信一切正常。但是日志重复出现以上信息。就是想明白那究竟是何意思。并解决掉。
上周这台邮件服务器由于操作失误，被利用发送垃圾邮件。但是现在各大邮件服务商均可以收到我们的邮件。
